The room interior is nice, and the hotel is located in Juhu, which is a plus if you wish to stay near the beach and the station. The staff and manager are good.

Good place with conditioner. Bathroom was very comfortable and hot water was available all the time. Personnel is good. There is security guy on the entrance so no kids without parents get inside. Please note: for me it's NOT BAD - just saw other reviews people left blaming hotel for what it can't change. Inside it's clean and safe space, silent at night, with good personnel and friendly people. Around is more "local" place - not too much tourists there. And you get into the real India. If you don't know what India is and especially Mumbai - it's probably better to rent some 5-star room at Colaba for 300$/day. No crime and stuff - but this is not Tokyo in case of infrastructure, right? Mumbai is not Tokyo, dear reader. I'm glad we made it clear and now you know what to expect :)

The rooms were very nice and clean.. we loved the in-house and awesome ambiance, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, food can be better and more variety can be added to the breakfast buffet .. kids enjoyed a lot.. Loved our stay

We had a very good and comfortable stay over here services provided was very good and checkin to checkout everything was very smooth rooms are very neat and clean staffs were very good from housekeeping for providing excellent service

Very nice staff, make you feel very Excellent service provide by Nice chef is very welcoming as well. Lovely to inteact with the team at each meal. They are helpful and make and make you feel comfortable
